ROMY is a brand exclusively dedicated to interior design. Founded by Romy Bret in 2018 in Niort, I showcase a unique, traditional, and artisanal French craftsmanship. My work consists of creating authentic, colorful, stylish, and modern spaces. The artistic field requires constant personal involvement.
My desire for independence and daily growth through my work is paramount and profoundly impacts my personal development. Having always possessed an artistic streak, and with my inspiration constantly evolving, I've decided to share my ideas and expertise with you. My passion for interior design allows me to innovate and continually offer something new.
Expertise
My work draws upon traditional French craftsmanship and technical skills, relying on no industrial machinery or mechanization. Each creation is designed entirely by hand, by unwinding wool yarn according to the desired pattern. I adjust the length and number of yarns to suit the visual design. The assembly is done pom-pom by pom-pom, requiring meticulous attention to detail, patience, and precision. A needle and a pair of scissors are my only tools for completing all the stages of production.
Raw material
I have the pleasure of working daily with a soft, light, and supple material. I use the various ranges of Phildar and Pingouin acrylic yarns. These are complemented by raw wooden beads to embellish and enhance the yarn, resulting in beautiful finishes.
Creation
Creation is the key word in my work. I have the opportunity to bring my ideas, creativity, and imagination to life in the physical world. This allows me to explore several passions such as photography, drawing, color, and product presentation.
I like to organize spaces dedicated to decoration that will inspire adoration and well-being.

Passion , the driving force behind my work, fuels all my professional and personal aspirations.
